Grand West was a "quiet, comfortable cocktail lounge" in Green Bay. It was owned by Michael DeGrand and Tim Westland. Tim was previously a manager of the Napalese Lounge, and went off on his own to open Grand West with Michael.

There were also plans to open "Cafe Joshua" upstairs in approx. Nov. 1986, described as "primarily a gay restaurant, augmented by catering" and accessible from the club.
